Garden Fresh Temptations

All of our signature salads are served with your choice of Thousand Island, French, Ranch,
Bleu Cheese, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Caesar, Honey Mustard, Lo-Cal Italian, Italian,
Fat Free Ranch, Chipotle Ranch, or our Homemade Oriental.

Muldoon's Tossed Dinner Salad
A fresh blend of Iceberg and Romaine lettuce topped with Mozzarella cheese.
Available in small or large.

Char Broiled Chicken Salad
Tender strips of char broiled chicken over a bed of fresh garden greens,
topped with Mozzarella cheese.
For a spicier touch, try yours Cajun style.

Chicken Caesar Salad
A delicate mixture of crisp Romaine lettuce, seasoned croutons, and freshly grated Parmesan
cheese, tossed in a creamy Caesar dressing and topped with a char broiled chicken breast.
Can be served with or without chicken.

Julienne Salad
Amish ham, turkey, and fresh Mozzarella cheese garnished with a hard boiled egg.

The Cobb Salad
Succulent turkey, crisp bacon, cheddar cheese, tomato, black olives, and a hard boiled egg.

Maui Chicken
Teriyaki glazed chicken breast over a bed of fresh salad greens, topped with pineapples,
mandarin oranges, water chestnuts, almonds and served with our Oriental dressing.

Taco Salad
Crisp taco chips, spicy chili, cheddar cheese tomatoes, black olives, and jalapeño peppers.
Served with a side of sour cream.

Tuna Salad
Muldoon's own homemade tuna salad served over a bed of fresh garden greens and
garnished with celery and a hard boiled egg.
